Users must provide correct train details including PNR, train number and delivery station.
Orders are subject to availability and may be rejected at RailCafe’s discretion.
Pricing and Payments
Users agree to pay all applicable charges including food price, taxes, delivery fees and service fees.
Payments may be made through UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking or Cash on Delivery.
Refund and Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the RailCafe Refund and Cancellation Policy available on the platform.
Food Quality
Food items are prepared by independent restaurant partners.
RailCafe strives to partner with FSSAI-compliant vendors but does not guarantee food quality or ingredients.
Delivery and Train Schedule Disclaimer
Delivery may be affected by train delays, route changes, weather conditions or operational issues.
RailCafe is not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.
Bulk Orders
RailCafe may provide group or bulk food ordering services.
Advance payment and minimum order value requirements may apply.
Intellectual Property
All website content including text, graphics, logos and software is owned by Litech Venture Pvt. Ltd.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
