Delivery and Train Schedule
Delivery times may vary due to train delays, route or station changes, railway restrictions, traffic near stations and weather conditions.
RailCafe shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by such circumstances.
Passenger Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate PNR or train details, coach and seat number, and a reachable contact number.
RailCafe shall not be liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect information or passenger unavailability.
Food Handling After Delivery
After delivery, responsibility for proper handling, storage and consumption rests with the customer.
RailCafe shall not be liable for food-safety issues arising after delivery.
Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
RailCafe is not responsible for payment errors, delays or technical issues related to payment providers.
